LIVE WELL Exercise Clinic is the Ultra-Private Gym for people with A health focus

On today’s podcast Nicolette talks to the amazing Dr. Caldwell B Esselstyn Jr who has two words he wants you to take away from this podcast; Endothelia Cells and Nitric Oxide. Esselstyn began his career as a breast cancer surgeon and realised he was doing absolutely nothing to help. He moved into treating cardiovascular disease, where he did a study on patients who had had triple vascular cardiac disease and managed to get them to switch to a plant based diet. This study went on for 12 years with a 100% success rate with the patients who stuck with the diet. He explains how people with vascular cardiac disease have damaged their endothelium cells and that this damage can be reversed by eating foods full of Nitric Oxide – the magic gas that prevents us from having blockages and a disease body, one of the many benefits. Learn what foods to eat and what to stop eating to reverse your vascular cardiac disease which is caused by only one reason – the food you eat!

You need Anti-oxidants in food. Green leafy vegetables, boiled or steamed for 6 mins , chewed – not in smoothies or juice, 6 times a day, follow with a few drops balsamic or rice vinegar
