Nicolette Richer
Nicolette Richer, CEO and Founder

Nicolette Richer is an Orthomolecular Health Educator, certified Max Gerson Health Trainer, Psych-Kinaesthetic Facilitator, PhD Student of social sciences, author and speaker. She is a savvy natural wellness facilitator, a former environmental and sustainability consultant and a mother of three brilliant girls. Nicolette has an insatiable desire to learn, educate and change the world.

Like a wellness warrior, Nicolette transforms people with chronic illness or cancer into conquerors of their condition through nutrition, detoxification and positive stress shifting tools. She created The Green Moustache Café, Richer Health & the Nutrition+Detox Wellness Centre and Sea to Sky Thrivers Society to spread the message of optimum health through sharing meals, experiencing nutritional healing and building a team of educators to support their communities. She wants everyone to know how human health and environmental health are inextricably linked. Nicolette speaks regularly to captivated audiences on the subjects of healing cancer and chronic disease.

Pierre-Maxime Richer
Pierre Richer, Owner and Chief Operations Officer

In his ‘pre-Green Moustache life’, Pierre’s career was consistently been infused with social interaction, teaching/education, involvement in the community and spending as much time outdoors as humanly possible. After the birth of their third daughter, Pierre and Nicolette both could feel the void in their community when it came to being able to provide their family with nutritious, local, and organic food. Pierre’s inquisitive personality, love for tasty food and natural kitchen skills made him the perfect partner to co-found the very first 100% organic, plant-based café in Canada.

Together, he and Nicolette opened The Green Moustache Organic Café, an educational safe-haven where the community can gather around a bowl of warm soup, a salad bowl containing all the colours of the rainbow, or a boosting nutrient-dense shot of superfoods. As the Director of Operations, Pierre co-creates The Green Moustache’s delicious menu, manages both Whistler locations, and coaches all Green Moustache franchisees to successfully serving their community clean, healing food and juices.

Hayley Ingman
Hayley Ingman, Corporate Operations Manager

Hayley is originally from the UK and was drawn to Whistler for the mountains. She has been interested in plant-based nutrition and helping people make changes to their diets for over 20 years. Hayley has a certificate in Plant-based Nutrition from eCornell and a Raw Chef certification from Matthew Kenney Culinary Academy.

With a commerce background and Management Sciences BSc degree, she has held a variety of positions in Whistler in marketing and operations.  After 7 years at Whistler Blackcomb, she decided to follow her passion for spreading the word about plant-based nutrition and joined Love Child Organics, and subsequently The Green Moustache Organic Café.

In her spare time, Hayley runs a local non-profit organization, Earthsave Whistler, whose mission is to help people shift towards a plant-based diet for the benefit of people, planet, and animals. She is an avid snowboarder and loves to spend time in nature and volunteer to help people and animals.

Rebekah Wilson
Becky Wilson, Executive Assistant / Nutrition + Detox Coach

Born and raised in Manchester, England, Becky grew up horse riding competitively, with immense love for animals and the outdoors. She spent her time traveling and working before settling down in Canada, BC in 2011.

Becky studied nutrition at the Association of Nutrition School, based in London, England and became certified as a level 3 & 4 Diet Specialist. Shortly afterwards Becky then joined the 3-month Nutrition+Detox Certification Course to become a Richer Health Nutrition+Detox Coach. She seeks to work with indigenous communities to help guide, educate, and support health and well-being through food and lifestyle choices. She resides in Pemberton, BC.
