Emelin Ferrer is a Certified Nutritional Practitioner/Holistic Nutritionist residing in Coquitlam, B.C.

Once a victim of numerous food allergies, skin issues, body image and mental health struggles, Emelin was able to find comfort in holistic health. It was the loss of her mother to a very aggressive form of cancer that led her to want to further her knowledge of holistic nutrition and she enrolled at the Institute of
Holistic Nutrition and graduated as a Certified Nutritional Practitioner/Holistic Nutritionist. Emelin is extremely passionate about helping others with their personal health struggles.

Emelin believes that nutrition is key to a strong foundation for each individual and there is simply no “one size fits all” when it comes to disease prevention, healing and maintaining a balanced lifestyle.

Aside from nutrition, Emelin enjoys a good workout in the gym and in nature, travelling and spending time with her dog. She is excited to open a Green Moustache Organic Café in her active, healthy and growing community.

Born and raised in Edmonton, Alberta, Eva Chipiuk had originally put her passion for the environment into practice by becoming an environmental lawyer. Her life took a sudden turn when she was diagnosed with a rare pancreatic cancer, and she decided to take some time off to take care of herself. Eva became a yoga instructor and travelled the world for 4 years teaching yoga.

Upon returning to Edmonton Eva wanted to help other people take care of themselves and give them a healthy alternative for food and exercise. She came across The Green Moustache Organic Café and knew it was the perfect fit, as The Green Moustache’s mission is to help people prevent, and heal from, disease.

Gillian Lustig earned her Education degree from McGill University. She then became the Director of a large health club and spa focused on client services, marketing, and human resources. Gillian devoted the next 16 years to raising her 5 children.

When Gillian is not busy being a mom of five, her interests include healthy cooking, running, mountain trekking and yoga.

Gillian is passionate about healthy living and is excited to bring The Green Moustache Café to the Edgemont community.

Tracy was born and raised in Vancouver and now lives on the North Shore with her husband and two children. They are her number one inspiration. Living here has given her such appreciation for the outdoors and for the incredible variety of foods we have available.

Tracy has been passionate about food for over 20 years. It was her husband’s successful battle against cancer that made her even more interested in how food can nourish and heal our bodies. So decided to go back to school to follow her passion and she graduated from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition in 2015.

She’s excited to be part of the Green Moustache family and looks forward to seeing you at the Lower Lonsdale location.

Jennifer Just is a Holistic Nutritionist, Certified Nutritional Practitioner and owner of The Green Moustache Squamish location.

Born and raised in Whistler, BC and now residing in Upper Squamish valley, she saw the need for a 100% organic and plant-based option for the busy, active residents of the Squamish community.

After attending the Institute of Holistic Nutrition in Vancouver, Jennifer started seeing firsthand how important incorporating whole, organic foods is to living a balanced, healthy life. Having a Mother who was diagnosed with MS 30 years ago, it was her goal to gain more knowledge and help people prevent illness with food.

Being a member of the Green Moustache family for 3 years now and the first franchisee, she would love to see a Green Moustache Juice Bar in every town and help spread the word of The Green Mo’ revolution.
