Lifeline Coaching & Educator Steve Wiltshire on
optimizing health through the power of the mind

Steve Wiltshire has made fitness, health and mindset his priority for over three decades!

Shortly after winning Mr. Oregon Body Building Competition, Steve developed an autoimmune disease originating from a serious gut complication. He followed ‘expert’ advice, radical meal plans, and ingesting harsh chemicals in supplements which almost ruined his health. Using the philosophy and wellness practices he learned at the Hypocrites Institute in Southern Florida, Steve completely healed himself and got his life back on track - only 18 months after his diagnosis! Since then, he has helped thousands of people reclaim their health and power through realizing his full potential as a Keynote Speaker, Author, Mindset Coach and the founder of Body Temple Health & Wellness.

I spent $800 a month in supplements, I didn’t know 92% of the supplements on the market had chemicals [in them], I didn’t know most of them were owned by a pharmaceutical company under a different name! And that’s when I took my health back!
— Steve Wiltshire

In this episode of Eat Real To Heal, Steve shares his journey of self-discovery, uncovering fad trends that feed autoimmune conditions, and awakening to a state of unlearning so that he can truly learn. Nicolette and Steve also discuss parenting and how to see your child as your teacher.

Nurturing an open mind has allowed Steve to find life’s answers available to him everywhere. There is so much wisdom contained in this episode and Nicolette and Steve invite you to play with what resonates most, so you can optimize your health and your life. Listen to learn how to live well, eat well, and tap into the mindset that can save you!

“If your health were ideal in one year, how would you feel? What would you look like? What would you experience? Imagine the possibilities!”

- steve Wiltshire
