There are so many different challenges in a woman’s life – work, home, relationships, spirituality, health – and they all matter. Her credentials allow her a solid medical backdrop to help women achieve vitality in life, but her own journey has given just as much support to her methods of care. Through her struggles with mold and metal toxicity, Celiac disease, and a variety of other health issues, she has a deep sense of compassion for what women are facing when they come to her. Dr Wendie is married with four kids enjoys creating a beautiful ecosystem in her yard that provides nourishment to both their body and soul.

Most diseases aren’t like a light switch, on and off, most diseases creep,[] you loose yourself slowly, its only when you get really deliberated that you go, Im not right, but its not overnight, you have been so busy living, these things get worse and worse.
— Dr. Wendie Trubow
