As a Neurologists, one of my issues that I deal with very frequently is male sexual function... erectile dysfunction. Young healthy guys may not be all that worried about whats going to give them a heart attack one day, but if theirs something thats going to effect their penis now, yes, they are interested.

Today I am talking to Dr Aaron Spitz about the reproductive system, penis health and how to use a plant-based diet to support the penis and benefit penile health, cardiovascular health, and vascular health. Dr Spitz earned his medial degree from Weil/Cornell Medical College and completed his Urology residency at the University of Southern California, and then obtained fellowship training in infertility at the Baylor College of Medicine. Dr. Spitz has expertise in the treatment of male infertility and sexual dysfunction, and he has participated in clinical trials and research in the area of andrology, male sexual dysfunction, and male infertility.

“Not only does eating Vegetables, plants, fruits, help by increasing nitric oxide, it appears that eating animal based products may also have a negative impact on blood flow. one is healthful and the other one seems to be harmful… these are two reasons why there is improvements in erections and cardiovascular health with a plant-based diet verses a animal heavy diet. ”
