With summer in full swing, we decided to start playing around with lemonade at The Green Moustache. At first, we stayed close to the traditional style, but with the abundance of local raspberries around this season, suddenly pink was the way to go.

5 cups water
1 cup of raspberries
1/2 cup of maple syrup
2/3 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
Mint leaves to garnish
Method: Squeeze the lemons and add the juice, raspberries, water, maple and lemon to a blender. Blend until smooth then serve over ice and mint leaves. Garnish with a lemon slice and enjoy!
